The perpetual story engine

The Model

The Story Engine

A purpose-driven model for filmmaking. We don't just fund a movie—we build a perpetual legacy.

The Concept

Philanthropy That Compounds

Traditional film funding is transactional—you fund one project, it plays, and the cycle ends. Traditional nonprofit giving is finite—your donation is spent, and the impact is limited to that single use.

The Help Them See Foundation operates differently. We have engineered a perpetual storytelling fund where your initial partnership fuels films, generates revenue, and sustains future productions—indefinitely.

Every dollar invested doesn't just create one story. It creates a self-renewing engine that produces faith-driven cinema for generations to come.

The Framework

How It Works

01

Visionary Patrons

Purpose-driven leaders provide the initial capital to fund development and production of world-class faith-based films.

02

Exceptional Films

We produce 2–3 world-class, faith-driven theatrical releases per year, crafted with cinematic excellence and authentic storytelling.

03

Global Distribution

Films are released to millions of viewers worldwide through theatrical, streaming, and digital platforms, generating both revenue and impact.

04

Sustainable Impact

50% of all net proceeds are reinvested directly back into the foundation to fund the next slate of films—creating a self-sustaining cycle.

The Result

Each investment launches a perpetual storytelling engine that inspires millions and strengthens culture for generations.

The Vision

Building a $150 Million Endowment

Over the next 15 years, our goal is to build a $150 million endowment. This foundation will permanently sustain the production of 3–4 world-class faith-based films annually, entirely independent of Hollywood's traditional gatekeepers.

We are currently raising $5 million to fund our first slate of films. This initial investment will prove the model and set the engine in motion.

Year 1–3

First Slate

Fund and release 6–9 films, proving the model and generating initial returns.

Year 3–7

Growth Phase

Reinvested proceeds fund additional films. The engine accelerates.

Year 7–15

Endowment

$150M endowment sustains 3–4 films annually in perpetuity.
